Abstract and Conference Paper Submissions are CLOSED
NAPPN Abstract and Conference Paper Submission Instructions
To be considered for speaking spots at NAPPN 2024 you must submit an abstract or conference paper. These submissions will be reviewed by the program committee. Please follow instructions below. Submissions after the deadline will have the opportunity to present a poster.
Submission deadline: Monday, October 30, 2023
Important Note 1: Acceptance of your abstract/paper to the pre-print server does not mean that you have been selected for a talk, simply that your abstract/paper has passed quality checks for the pre-print server.
Important Note 2: Submission of your abstract/paper means that ALL authors have approved of the submission.
Abstracts
Abstracts should be a maximum of 250 words. Download a template here.
Conference Papers
Conference papers are a maximum of 4 pages, not including references. Download a template here.
Submitting to Authorea
Sign in with ORCID or make an accout
In the upper right corner hit the ‘+’ symbol to upload a document
4. Upload your conference paper or abstract in one of the accepted formats.
5. Once uploaded, make any changes to the author list by hitting the ‘Edit’ button in the upper right hand corner. Again make sure that the contact information of the speaker/presenter is made available in your document.
6. Once you are ready to publish your document to the pre-print server, hit the ‘Publish’ button in the top righthand corner.
7. Next, tag your document with the correct NAPPN tag for the year (e.g. NAPPN 2024). This is very important. If your document is not tagged it will not be visible to the NAPPN program committee.
8. Next, tag any funding agencies.
9. Next, select a license and submit your document for quality checks.
