Refund Policy

To cancel your registration, contact the NAPPN team at registrations@plantphenotyping.org.
After January 30th 2026, no refunds will be given for meeting registrations. Refunds will not include credit card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30). In case you will not be able to attend the event for whatever reason, you can send a substitute to replace you for no extra cost. The name of the substitute should be provided at least 7 days prior to the event. If you have questions, contact the NAPPN Team at registrations@plantphenotyping.org.
